Kyle got into coaching following a successful career as a former Division I basketball player. He was the first trainer at The St. James, a 450,000 square foot training facility which is one of the top Health & Wellness gyms on the east coast. He has trained clients ranging from professional athletes to working professionals, elderly clients to students, and everyone in between. Prior to training at The St. James, he served as the Director of Sports Performance at Redline Athletics and as the top trainer at Power Train, both prominent gyms in Virginia. During this time he also taught an undergraduate class in Exercise, Testing & Prescription while obtaining his Master's degree in Kinesiology. He is currently a top performance coach and manager at a fast growing fitness tech start-up, Future, based in San Francisco.
Kyle strives to offer a truly holistic approach to health and wellness by embodying his "core four" pillars of movement, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle. Kyle looks to build strong relationships and trust with his clients through a tailored approach that involves active listening, collaboration and a focused temperament. He uses his experience and education along with a goal-oriented approach to help guide his clients through their journey. His passion for the details helps his clients achieve sustainable success and enjoy the process.
